You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software for its intended purpose, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Distribution of this software, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Marketplace Expert SL is strictly prohibited.

Reverse Engineering:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code of this software is expressly forbidden. Any attempt to reverse engineer or modify the software may result in the termination of your license and legal action.

Warranty and Liability:

This software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. In no event shall Marketplace Expert SL be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this software, even if Marketplace Expert SL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Marketplace Expert SL is located. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
